Funcion: stricomp()
Sintaxis:

function stricomp(

Descripcion: compara dos cadenas, distingue entre mayusculas y minusculas.

Devuelve
# un negativo Longint cuando S1# 0 cuando S1=S2.
# positivo longint cuando S1>S2.
